Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper to fulfill our orders. This means your items are created specifically for you once an order is placed.

Order Fulfillment & Production

Because our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Origin & Destinations

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner facilities within Europe.

  • Primary Shipping Regions: We ship to all countries within the EU, the UK, and EFTA states.

  • International Shipping: We also ship worldwide, though delivery times and rates vary by location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders within the EU: No customs duties apply.

  • Orders outside the EU (including UK): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

     

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact buah.risetotheoccasion@gmail.com within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it with our fulfillment partner.
