We want you to love your BUAH gear! Since every item is printed through our print od demand partner specifically for you the moment you order it, our policy is a little different than a traditional shop.
1. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely—don't worry, we’ve got you.

The Fix: We will send a replacement once the item in question has been returned at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

The Window: Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package.

2. Change of Mind & Sizing
Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we cannot offer automated returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
3. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in the mail, please contact us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if it’s lost, we’ll ship a replacement to you for free or offer a full refund.
